Over the past two decades, my career has taken me on exhilarating meeting incentive trips worldwide, honoring top performers against the backdrop of stunning landscapes from Australia and Costa Rica to Spain, Bermuda, India, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Each journey, whether inaugurating or concluding these gatherings, has gifted me with unforgettable moments: beholding the majestic Taj Mahal in India, exploring ancient Mayan Pyramids near Cancun, unwinding in a hot spring nestled within St. Kitts’ dormant volcano, and zip-lining through Costa Rica’s verdant rainforests. In Australia, I marked my birthday with a play at the Sydney Opera House before venturing to Uluru in the heart of the Outback, where ancient cave art and the luminous Southern Cross painted the night sky.
My journey into speaking began after college, when I entered the insurance and financial industry as a financial advisor. It was at a National Sales Conference where I first encountered Charlie Plumb, a former Navy pilot and POW for six years, whose incredible story of resilience captivated the audience of over 5,000 peers. In that moment, I envisioned myself inspiring others through storytelling for a lifetime. Years later, fueled by courage and determination, I embarked on a speaking career that has allowed me to address Fortune 500 companies such as 3M, Target, Coke, Boeing, Canon, Eli Lilly, GE, US Foods, PepsiCo, Macy’s, Mass Mutual, Oracle, and many more.
